Time Frame for Returns: Changed your mind? No problem! You have 14 days from the date of delivery to decide if your item is a keeper.
Condition of Returned Items:
To be eligible for a return, items must be in original, unused, and undamaged condition, and returned in their original packaging or equivalent protective packaging to ensure safe transit.
Please note:
- We cannot issue refunds for items that are returned to us with damage such as bent corners, creases, scratches, or any signs of use.
- We recommend using sturdy packaging and tracked shipping when sending back your order, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged during return shipping.
If the returned item does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to decline the refund.

Return Shipping Costs: A little heads-up! While we'd love to make everything as magical as possible, returns aren't free. If you need to send an item back, the journey home is on you. You'll be responsible for any return shipping costs. Pack it up, send it off, and we'll take it from there!

🛈 Please note that while we work with a fulfillment center that ships from various locations in the US, UK, and EU to ensure speedy delivery, all returns must be sent to our studio in Lithuania. This helps us handle returns efficiently and maintain the quality of our service. Thank you for your understanding!
Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom orders (such as special orders or personalized items). Why? Custom products are created based on your specific choices - from colors to personal messages. This personalization means they can't be restocked or resold, making them exclusively yours.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: Received something not quite right? Contact us immediately! We’ll work our magic to fix any issues with damaged or incorrect items.
Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges. Please double-check your order details, including the design, size, and quantity, before completing your purchase. If you experience any issues with your order, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out to our customer service, and we will be happy to assist you.
European Union 14 day cooling off period: If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Process for Returns:
- Step 1: Contact us at info@posterami.com to start your return process.
- Step 2: We’ll give you all the details you need - where to send it and what to include.
- Step 3: Pack up your item and send it back. Remember to get a tracking number so you can watch its journey!
Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
